If your order has been damaged in shipment, please also send photos of the damaged box that your print(s) arrived in.
1. First, snap a photo of your packaging.
We appreciate the documentation to keep an eye on how our packaging is holding up, and we also use the photos to provide feedback to our shipping carriers. Your phones will do the job just fine!
2. Next, take a photo of the damaged glass print.
One or two images of the damage should suffice. Please be sure to include one of the entire print so we can easily identify which image was damaged.
(Please make sure the photo is as clear as possible)
3. Send the photos to the FRACTURE team.
Email those photos to their Customer Support team at support@fractureme.com along with your full name and Order ID number. They'll get you squared away with a new print ASAP, and our team will do everything we can to make sure any issues get resolved.
